I have been working in IT industry for nearly 20 years. My journey began as a software engineer, where I honed my technical skills and developed a deep understanding of software development. I then transitioned into a business analyst role, where I focused on bridging the gap between technology and business needs. Over the last decade, I have embraced leadership roles, guiding teams and projects with a focus on creativity and efficiency. 

I love working with people, coaching them, and helping them go the extra mile—often beyond what they thought possible. My enthusiasm for addressing real-world needs and solving complex problems led me to join the Digital Tribe, where we manage Homebank. This role is particularly rewarding as I get to be both a creator and a customer of the product we build, ensuring it meets the highest standards of usability and functionality.
