Bogdan Grozea is the Head of Delivery at Ipsos, where he brings over 25 years of experience leading high-performing, global software development teams. A passionate technologist and product strategist, Bogdan has spent his career at the intersection of data, innovation, and scalable systems.

He began his journey as a software developer for a US-based offshore firm, where he built custom ERPs and niche products for major international clients. He later stepped into the role of COO, overseeing operations and expanding the firm’s Testing and Business Analysis capabilities.

An entrepreneur at heart, Bogdan went on to found two tech startups delivering solutions for e-Learning, Financial Services, and Medical Research for clients across the EU.

For the past 17+ years, Bogdan has been a driving force within Ipsos, initially leading the development of online and mobile systems. Today, he heads the global tech delivery of mission-critical platforms in sample management, panel architecture, and AI-powered anti-fraud systems - including tools that use AI to detect and stop fraudulent AI bots. A strong advocate for innovation and autonomy, Bogdan is known for translating complex business needs into robust, forward-looking technical solutions that scale.
