Arun Joseph leads the Architecture and Engineering teams at Deutsche Telekom's Central AI Competence Center, driving the group-wide development and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic computing solutions across Europe. As a thought leader in applied AI, Arun envisioned and co-founded the Eclipse LMOS project—one of the first multi-agent, open-source platforms deployed in enterprise production environments—and spearheaded Deutsche Telekom’s enterprise-grade agent computing platform, powering award-winning AI applications for Deutsche Telekom. Passionate about agentic systems, Arun actively leads several open-source initiatives, advocating for open, transparent, and sovereignty-focused deployments of AI technologies. With extensive international experience, Arun has successfully built and scaled high-performance teams and platforms from 0 to 1 across the U.S., Canada, India, and Europe, championing engineering excellence and collaborative innovation.
