Yoana has almost 10 years of experience in the IT industry - front-end developer, tech lead and now manager. She is an R&D manager in Broadcom Bulgaria, VCF division. She leads an international team of front-end engineers, developing a comprehensive UI for the main software product in Broadcom's portfolio - VMware Cloud Foundation.
Her mission is to support women in their IT careers and she's a co-founder of the foundation Women Who Grow - NGO, organizing events and creating a community for supporting girls and women in IT.
