Cristina Morariu is the Head of Subsidiaries at MassMutual Romania. Cristina has obtained the MSc. degree in Computer Science in 2006 at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and in 2013 obtained her PhD. in automatic control at Polytechnics University of Bucharest, Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Science. Cristina is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2009. 

Even if she holds a management position, Cristina continued to develop her technical skills, one of the greatest achievements is a submission of an invention patent with US patent office in 2021. She promotes continuous learning, and she likes to try new use cases of technology in business, such as the impact of the health data we now have available because of all the devices we use in insurance.  

She is the mother of two, passionate about Tarantino movies and artificial intelligence.
