I’m an engineering leader, coach, and mentor who’s worked at some of Europe’s fastest-growing tech companies. My gig? Building products people love. You might’ve used some of them: Skype, Grafana, Teams, Omio, and Bolt, all part of my quest to tackle exciting challenges. My leadership philosophy is quite simple: Make others great! Whether it’s helping people take ownership, grow into leaders, or leap into entrepreneurship. When I’m not engineering, you’ll find me on the basketball court, trying out acting classes, or catching waves on a surfboard.
