Passionate about problem-solving, Sonia is a Product Owner at Mass Mutual Romania, working alongside a cross-functional team of Back-End Developers, Front-End Developers, BA, and QA Engineers to drive efficiency in insurance processes. 

With a background in product companies, Sonia started working in the insurance industry in 2015, switched multiple operational roles for 6 years and led two initiatives to enhance operational efficiency through Lean Six Sigma methodology. 

In 2021 she transitioned to IT, as a Business Analyst in regulatory area, applying the business knowledge previously acquired to help business teams define and clarify their IT requirements.
