Adriana Wahl is the Executive Director, Technology Center Site Lead in Bucharest, Romania for The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC). She is responsible for managing the staffing, recruiting, training and succession planning for talent based in the Global Technology Center, as well as overseeing strategic initiatives, operating models, and resource allocation both internally and externally. She also leads the creation of tech guilds for technical skills including UI/UX, Mobile, Data, and Testing to support talent development and synergistic maturation of technology across all global ELC Global Technology Centers. Adriana brings 20 years of experience in IT project and program management across the construction, healthcare, FMCG, and digital service industries.
