I am leading a team of IT professionals at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre.

I joined the same team in early 2020 as a Product Owner and took up the Team Leader role in November 2021.

My experience has been focused around Product development and Customer satisfaction. Till this day and also onwards, over these pillars, I've built leadership skills and development strategy within the team and also with other cross-functional ones.

I am passionate about people and what motivates them and I like challenges because they are not there to stop me, but to make me see multiple options.
